Medispa Etiquette

At Vivacité Laser Clininc and MediSPA we strive to deliver excellence in our services and in the experience we provide you. In order to achieve this, we ask that all of our clients adhere to common Medispa rules of etiquette.

Arrive on Time

In order to provide you with the full allotment of time in your service, please arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to check-in with reception, fill out any forms (typically for new clients), and access our amenities to change/prepare.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change and life can be hectic at times, but please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us to offer clients available spots and provide superior service. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may result in a service charge of 25.00/ hr or 125.00 per medical appointment for same day or last minutes cancellations.

Noise Level

You may, of course, speak during your treatments, but please be respectful of others in the spa that are there to relax.

Cell Phones

Please turn your phone on silent upon entering the Medispa as a courtesy to the other guests as other clients may be having a relation massage or signature facial

Covid Protocols

Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing and rejuvenation to my patients, and this resolve is stronger now than ever before. Vivacite Laser Clinic and MediSPA has been hard at work to raise the bar even further in hygiene and sanitation areas. We care about you and want our practice, including every step of the treatment process, to ensure that you feel safe. Our goal is to have your needs met safely in accordance with government guidelines.

Clients will be asked to reschedule the appointment if any of these criteria exist:

  1. Fever

  2. Body ache

  3. Cough or any URTI

  4. Recent travelling outside of Ontario in the past 14 days

  5. Sneezing / Runny nose

  6. Close contacts with any COVID positive patient

  7. Diarrhea or GI infection symptoms

  8. All patients with immune deficiency

STAGGERED BOOKINGS

Rest assured, the room, door handles and clinic will be sanitized in-between each appointment.

All bookings will be staggered with enough time between clients so that no two patients will arrive at the same time in the clinic. This measure will not only allow us time to build our relationships but also give time for staff to sanitize the room before the following client’s arrival thoroughly.

WHEN TO STAY HOME

While we are as excited as you are to get into our clinic, our goal is to keep our patient and employees safe so will ask all patients to:

  1. Refrain from visiting the clinic if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or an infectious illness.

  2. Refrain from visiting the clinic if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

OTHER FINAL THOUGHTS

  1. Respect the clinic’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the clinic and shared by employees.

  2. Please understand that we have the right to refuse clients treatment should we feel that any of the above criteria are not being met.

We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.

Thank you,
